InstaRelease® delivery
Put one strip on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth, or tuck it between cheek and gum.
Leave it alone. No chewing, no swallowing it whole. The film melts and holds the actives against the mouth lining.
The lining of the mouth is thin and full of small blood vessels. Actives pass through it instead of going through the stomach first.
Wait 10 to 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Strips work best on an empty stomach, one to two hours away from food.

Questions
Place one strip on your tongue and let it stick to the roof of your mouth, or tuck it between cheek and gum. Let it dissolve fully. Do not chew it or swallow it whole. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Strips work best on an empty stomach, one to two hours away from food.
A capsule goes through the stomach and liver before anything reaches the bloodstream, and peptides break down in the gut. An injection skips that but needs needles, mixing and usually a fridge. A strip releases through the lining of the mouth, which is the same reason some medicines are given under the tongue. It is also the format people keep taking, and a dose you skip does nothing.
InstaMed lists a 24-month shelf life. Store the box at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. No refrigeration is needed.
In the United States, at InstaMed's NSF-certified cGMP facility in Utah. Strips go through stability testing, microbial screening and potency verification, and InstaMed states that every batch has a third-party certificate of analysis.
