What it is
What is in a Vitality strip?
Glutathione is the antioxidant your cells make themselves. It recycles vitamins C and E, takes part in liver detoxification and helps defend against oxidative stress. Each strip pairs 80 mg of glutathione with 20 mg of N-acetyl cysteine, the amino acid your body uses to make more of it.

How to use
One strip daily.
- 01Place one strip on your tongue and let it stick to the roof of your mouth.
- 02Let it dissolve completely. Do not chew.
- 03Wait 10 to 15 minutes before eating or drinking.

How do I use a strip?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it stick to the roof of your mouth, or tuck it between cheek and gum. Let it dissolve fully. Do not chew it or swallow it whole. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Strips work best on an empty stomach, one to two hours away from food.
How long do they keep, and do they need a fridge?
InstaMed lists a 24-month shelf life. Store the box at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. No refrigeration is needed.
Who should not use them?
Do not use the strips if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider first.
