Health is built on ordinary days.
EvolveMe was started to help people take ownership of their health through education, evidence-based supplements, nutrition and habits they repeat. We sell one format because it is the one people keep using.
What we believe
No quick fixes.
Better health does not come from a single product. It comes from sleep, food, movement and a few well-chosen supplements, repeated for long enough to matter.
That is why every listing on this site starts from the same question: does the evidence support it? Where research on an ingredient is early, we say so. Where a number has not been published, we do not print one.
It is also why we chose strips. An injection you dread and a powder you forget both end up in a drawer. A strip takes a few seconds and fits in a wallet.

Every product page lists the active amounts per strip and the full ingredient list from the box.

Who makes the strips
EvolveMe sells. InstaMed makes.
InstaMed Pharmaceuticals develops and manufactures the strips in Utah using its InstaRelease® film. EvolveMe is the store: we stock the range, explain it and ship it.
